We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and prices are accurate.
However, slight variations in appearance or specifications may occur, particularly with certified refurbished products.

All products are subject to availability.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed

4. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
This email confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.

Your order is accepted once it has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse an order

  • Limit quantities

  • Correct pricing or listing errors

If an order is cancelled, any payment taken will be refunded in full.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery

Please inspect your order on arrival and notify us of any issues as soon as possible.

Returns are subject to our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Items must be returned unused and in original packaging (unless faulty)

  • Custom or special-order items may be excluded from returns

  • Refunds will be processed once items are received and inspected

Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

7. Warranty

All products are covered by a manufacturer or seller warranty, as stated on the product page.

  • Warranties cover manufacturing faults only

  • Accidental damage, misuse or normal wear and tear are not covered

  • Extended warranties (if offered) are subject to separate terms

Proof of purchase may be required to make a warranty claim.

8. Certified Refurbished Products

Certified refurbished products:

  • Have been tested and approved for resale

  • May show minor cosmetic marks

  • Are fully functional and covered by warranty as stated

Cosmetic imperfections do not constitute a fault.

9. Business Customers (B2B)

For business purchases:

  • Consumer cooling-off rights may not apply

  • Returns and cancellations are subject to agreement

  • Products are supplied for professional use

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased
